Looking up

When a person looks upwards they are often thinking. In particular they are probably making pictures in their head and thus may well be an indicator of a visual thinker.

Looking sideways

Looking to the left can indicate a person recalling a sound. Looking to the right can indicate that they are imagining the sound

Looking down

Looking down can thus be a signal of submission. It can also indicate that the person is feeling guilty.

LIP

Turned up

When the corners of the mouth are turned upwards, this can be a grimace of disgust or a smile of pleasure.

Turned down

Corners of the mouth turned down indicates sadness or displeasure.
Some people are so miserable so often, this is the natural state of rest of their mouths (which is perhaps rather sad).

EYEBROW

Raised

When a person is surprised, their eyebrows are often raised.

Lowered

Lowered eyebrows may also indicate annoyance, perhaps effectively saying 'I am so displeased, I do not want to look at you.' Related to this, lowered eyebrows are a sign of a dominant person.

FACE

Color

Red

A generally red face may indicate that the person is hot as the blood come to the to surface to be cooled.

White

White skin may be a sign of coldness as the blood goes deep to avoid cooling further.

Blue

The skin can also take on a bluish tinge. This can also indicate coldness or extreme fear.

HandbAG And WoMEN....

Handbags have been one of the necessities of life for women ever since recorded history began. It was important to have the items that one used often close at hand..

Why is it that women carry their belongings around and men just have their wallets?..

My opinion is that the need to carry something to hold goods is a fundamental need rooted in the biology of females.

The female of our species takes care of her offspring and makes sure that all needs will be taken care of once the home is left. I believe that this has evolved into women carrying all that they need and what everyone else could possibly want in their handbag.

To illustrate - when you go out with a male friend do you ask him for tissues, pen, or paper? No - you ask another female. Another nuturer is more likely to have some basic necessities than a male.

There are some types of handbags...for examples...

Wedding bags are a long, rectangular shape. Small, easy to carry, and often made of satin material along with crystal for an elegant look.wedding bag

Satchel bags are large, bucket style handbags with two large handles. In the old days, doctors used to carry satchels around with their essentials, which has evolved into the modern day designer handbag satchels.Satchel

hOw tO sLeEP Well..???????????

Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep. Your mind is racing, going over everything that happened today. What can you do? There ARE things you can do!

  • Sleep only when sleepy
This reduces the time you are awake in bed.
  • If you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy
Sit quietly in the dark or read the warranty on your refrigerator. Don't expose yourself to bright light while you are up. The light gives cues to your brain that it is time to wake up.
  • Don't take naps
This will ensure you are tired at bedtime. If you just can't make it through the day without a nap, sleep less than one hour, before 3 pm.
  • Get up and go to bed the same time every day
Even on weekends! When your sleep cycle has a regular rhythm, you will feel better.
  • Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime
Regular exercise is recommended to help you sleep well, but the timing of the workout is important. Exercising in the morning or early afternoon will not interfere with sleep.
  • Only use your bed for sleeping
Refrain from using your bed to watch TV, pay bills, do work or reading. So when you go to bed your body knows it is time to sleep. Sex is the only exception.
  • Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed
Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants that interfere with your ability to fall asleep. Coffee, tea, cola, cocoa, chocolate and some prescription and non-prescription drugs contain caffeine.
  • Make sure your bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable
A hot room can be uncomfortable. A cooler room along with enough blankets to stay warm is recommended. If light in the early morning bothers you, get a blackout shade or wear a slumber mask.
  • Use sunlight to set your biological clock
As soon as you get up in the morning, go outside and turn your face to the sun for 15 minutes.

#so have a nice sleep...ZZzzzzzzzzz
